By Buying from this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out by Sinclair Creations. We reserve the right to modify, alter or update these terms & conditions without prior notice.


All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods & Service TAX) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price of sculptures is the price shown on our website when the order is confirmed.

It is exclusive of the delivery charge.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full description of the sculpture before committing to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item, and you complete the check-out payment process.


Overseas shipping
Delivery is only to New Zealand addresses, but yes, I will ship overseas. Please read the following.

We are happy to deliver outside of New Zealand; please contact us directly to arrange.

Once the order has been received and payment cleared, we will do our best to ship as soon as possible.

Shipping prices: (NZ)

Shipping can range from $4.50 upwards, depending on size and weight. All sculptures are well packed with bubble wrap and boxed if required. Shipping costs will be shown once you have added your address in the shop.

Over large items can be shipped, and best to email me to arrange quotes and payment options

Commission pieces
My first contact with a client is through this website, Facebook, Instagram business messenger or people visiting my studio.

Here we will discuss your requirements, size and price.

Some designs will require part payment beforehand, which will be discussed personally with you.

Refund Policy
We only replace items if they are damaged, if you can provide us with photos of the original packaging and product when it arrived. Please remember that these sculptures are all hand-carved, and no two are exactly alike. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment. If we have a replacement available, we will send one out. If we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you a refund. 

Once we receive it, we will review your item and then refund your payment by reissuing a credit to your payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns costs are the customer's responsibility.
