Oamaru scent stones

Oamaru Scent Stone

Lavender is one of my most favourite aroma’s, I find it relaxes me and often use a little on my pillow.

I have been wanting to create these for sometime but I had to make sure the oil I got lived up to the high standards I would expect.

The lavender oil I use is 100% pure and made right here in Otago under the Maungatua’s by Millbank Lavender. Which ironically is right beside the old family homestead in our family history on the McDonald side.

How to use your scent stone

Just put a few drops of oil onto the Oamaru stone and as the stone is not sealed it will soak in and the lavender aroma will linger for a long time. You can either put the stone in your draw or cupboard or leave it displayed in the beautiful wooden box.

The paua is sourced from Riverton in Southland and my crystals are brought from a local crystal seller. Each item has been chosen for their quality and meaning.
